Have you guys ever seen this place? If you’re into windows and natural light, Ashton Gardens is amazing! (I’d never even heard of it)

Bless Erin’s heart, y’all. If you only knew what this incredible woman planned in just a few months, your mind would be blown. More about their story here

So we started the day at Homewood Suites, which is a short 15 minutes from Ashton Gardens. The weather forecast was showing thunderstorms all day Sunday (wedding day!), but I didn’t hear a peep out of Erin. (Because that’s her, y’all. She just rocks and rolls with everything! I don’t know how she does it.)

See that tiara in her hair? It’s gorgeous, and it’s a family heirloom that’s been passed down for at least 3 generations. Erin’s mom and grandmother both wore it at their wedding, and I think a great aunt did as well. It’s incredibly special, and it’s just as beautiful.

As the morning progressed with us in the hotel room, so did the mimosas. I could quickly tell we were all going to get along.

After wrapping up at Homewood Suites, we headed to Ashton Gardens.

We set up shop at the front of the Chapel and took some detail shots of Erin’s gorgeous accessories!!

And it wasn’t long until the ladies showed up with their hair and makeup done by the fabulous ladies at Bliss Formal Hair and Laura Cross Makeup Artistry

(Aren’t they GORGEOUS?!)

Erin headed into the Bridal Suite to get into her dress with mom, and surprised her girls with a sweet first look in her gown!!

They helped her into her jewelry and shoes, and it wasn’t long before the tears started flowing because Erin read the *sweetest* letter from her soon-to-be husband Jordan!

And Jordan, y’all… As Erin hid around the corner, Jordan read the letter she wrote him. Have you ever seen someone hold back tears with giggles?? I wanted to hug him!!!! He is completely smitten by everything Erin, and it is SO. SWEET!

Their first look was full of emotion. I’ve never seen so many smiles. I think the sweetest part was when he asked her to twirl around for him, and they started dancing.

As the girls went into hiding, everyone else prepared for the ceremony!!

(Jordan’s sons! This sand ceremony is so sweet!)

After the ceremony, we started portraits, but the rain just wouldn’t let up. So we popped back into the gorgeous chapel and finished up before heading to the party next door!

As soon as we got there, the fabulous Jazz rushed us off to eat, which I took as an opportunity to put together Erin and Jordan’s Same Day Slideshow!!!!!! It was the first time I’d ever done this, and I have to tell you, it was awesome!!!

The evening was followed by blessings, speeches, toasts, cake, and partying!!! (Just wait until you see what’s coming up.)
