Fin and Libby are the CUTEST, and this Rock Barn Wedding was perfect! These two met the old fashioned way… At a bar! And apparently, their groups of friends on each side knew right away they were both in love.

I first met Libby at a coffee shop back in January when my business was (and I guess still is) brand-new. I was SO nervous when I first sat down in that coffee shop. Literally, I think I was trembling. 🙂

But pretty much immediately, we hit it off. Libby is into photography, so that was an instant click. She’s also a fantastic story-teller, and she’s obsessed with her dogs. We talked for hours, I think.

When we were planning their engagement session, Libby knew they wanted to have rolling mountains as their backdrop. So after some research we found Preacher’s Rock. I’ve since done another session there, because it’s pretty much epic. (Thanks for introducing me to Preacher’s Rock, Libby and Fin!)

We started the day like we usually do: candids with the gals while they get ready, and detail shots of all the precious wedding day treasures. As Libby got into her gown, emotions were high! Libby and her mom both cried, and so did the girls during Libby’s bridal reveal!

From there, we all packed up and headed to the venue. (After one last shot of this cutie!!!)

The Rock Barn is a super cute place. It’s rustic, and is the perfect spot for a DIY wedding. When I arrived, Fin’s mom was enjoying her last few moments with her un-married ‘little’ boy.

Later, Libby arrived for their First Look, and the day rolled on perfectly.
