This wedding at Grant Hill Farms in Commerce, Georgia was stunning beyond all measure. Hannah made a beautiful bride, and her husband Zeke – a stunning groom in his Marines uniform.
Hannah and Zeke have actually been married for a year!! Back near the beginning of the pandemic, when the government was threatening to shut down photographers who worked, I met them at a public park for a teeny tiny elopement, and I don’t regret one bit of it.
In fact, I’d do it again.

The drizzly sky boasted a thick overcast, threatening a storm all morning long. After off and on droplets of rain, we were all hoping the clouds would behave.
Getting Ready
Much like the elopement at the park, their wedding at Grant Hill Farms was simply put: perfection. It was so wonderful to see their families again. Her daddy and I spent a lot of time together… He had so many incredible things to brag about on Hannah, and he expressed *so many times* how beside himself he is with Zeke. He’s obviously a proud daddy, and rests his head at night knowing his daughter’s path in life is exactly what he dreamt for her.
The Daddy / Daughter Reveal
I don’t know if you have babies, but if you do, this is going to hit you hard in all your feels…
When Hannah saw her daddy she sad, “Look, Daddy! I’m almost as tall as you!” (And that was when I *lost* it. 😭)
After Hannah’s Daddy/Daughter Reveal, we tucked her away for a bit to freshen up for her First Look with Zeke. This private moment between them on the morning of their wedding day wound up being the saving grace for their portraits. The light was *perfect*, and the sprinkles were few and far between. I’m so thankful they chose to have a First Look, not only so that they could get some private time together on their wedding day, but also because the rain started immediately after.
Perfect timing.
